REFUNDS

Unfortunately, ALL sales are final. No refunds will be given unless item is damaged, defective, or customer received an incorrect order/item. An exchange will be given at the customer's request upon acceptance or approval by SoFly Creations. Customer must contact SoFly Creations within 10 business days by email at theunforgettable003@gmail.com for approval.

RETURNS 

SoFly Creations does not offer returns/exchanges for change of mind. Returns/Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect order, as each item is made to order. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of receipt or purchase is required.

Please note that returns/exchanges need to be sent to the following address: 7220 Lake Barrington Drive, New Orleans, Louisiana 70128.

Returns/exchanges are at the expense of the customer unless approved by SoFly Creations. Items sent back to SoFly Creations without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No returns/exchanges on sale items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact SoFly Creations immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/order, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. 

SoFly Creations is not responsible after 10 business days of receipt of item.

 SoFly Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen items or damages incurred during shipping.
